The At The Core Personal Change system is a fusion of many movement modalities made into a simple, easy-to-do series designed to focus on each individual's personal health and well-being.
Feelings are the language of the body and when they're blocked we develop physical and emotional tensions. This system invites you to do a physical and emotional needs assessment. Take time, be quiet, relax/release, listen, sort, discard and refocus your energy toward your desired changes. Healthy, lasting change comes from within.
Each 75-minute consultation is designed to:
- reduce harmful physical/emotional tension;
- develop and maintain healthy lifestyle habits and boundaries;
- nurture healthy self-esteem and self-worth;
- protect yourself from other's negativity.
You will learn to do this simple system at home for continued progress toward your desired changes.

The First Consultation:
- go over your personal health background and any physical limitations;
- determine if you're ready to make time and a personal commitment toward change;
- provide a series of releases specific to your needs;
- answer any questions you may have.

You will need the following:
- specific area in the home, with a rug, to move and get on the floor;
- comfortable exercise attire;
- notebook to journal information;
- area free of distractions and interruptions;
- create a daily time to practice tools learned.
