refined self-awareness and graceful aging

ABOUT

My formal education includes a degree in dance and physical health. I designed my degree by choosing classes at UMass, Smith College, Amherst College. Dance (ballet), exercise physiology, psychology and nutrition my multiple focus. The University Without Walls at UMass/Amherst allowed me this creativity. Graduated B.S. with honors – 3.95 GPA: 1976.

I’m moving into my 40th year teaching, and many classes, “gurus”, conferences, certifications – Alexander Technique, Pilates, Reiki (level I and II), Chakra Energy work, Universal strength training, hatha and kundalini yoga, meditation… and still learning, provide the foundation for COREHEALTH.

“My association with Marilyn has spanned 16 years and in that time she's helped me change in ways I never dreamed. I am a high-anxiety, perfection-oriented type that puts "me" last. Well, that's changed — daily I take time for self to evaluate, and let go of unnecessary demands.”
